Privacy notice

Summary

This is the personal portfolio of Dee Hoh. The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not create user accounts. The only personal data it handles is what you choose to send through the contact form.

Contact form

When you submit the form, your inquiry type, name, email address, optional organization, subject and message are sent over HTTPS to a serverless function on Cloudflare Pages, which forwards them by email using Resend. The site itself does not store your message in a database.

• Purpose: to read and reply to your inquiry (legal basis: your request / legitimate interest).
• Retention: messages are kept in the inbox only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting conversation. You can ask for deletion at any time.
• Processors: Cloudflare Pages (hosting and request handling) and Resend (email delivery), which may process the data in other countries under their own privacy terms.
• Abuse prevention: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not kept with your message.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This site does not add its own analytics on top of that.

External links and embedded media

Links to external sites (for example published games or professional profiles) open in a new tab and are governed by those sites’ own policies. Video trailers hosted on third-party platforms load only after you press play.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Use the contact page. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
